How is transportation working for this event?
Chapters are responsible for coordinating transportation. Transportation is not included in the registration price.
Toronto teens are traveling on the Via Rail train with a staff chaperone. The details of the specific trains we will be taking are on the registration form on Regpacks, which you can see once you register. Please book your tickets yourself and add your tickets into the Regpacks registration. Please contact Sylvie Moscovitz Librach for more information. For anyone coming from Halifax or other places needing air travel, please also contact Sylvie.

What is the price for this event?
This highly subsidized convention (original price of $265 CAD) has an early bird price of $185 CAD for those who register before October 19, and a regular price of $210 CAD for those who register between October 19 and November 2.

What time is the convention starting and ending?
The convention opens at Kehillat Beth Israel at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 11, and ends at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 13 at Archery Games Ottawa (1860 Bank St Unit 3B Ottawa, ON K1V 7Z8). There will be transportation from the train station to Kehillat Beth Israel on the Friday and from Archery Games to the train station on the Sunday.

Where are we staying?
On the Friday night, we are sleeping at Kehillat Beth Israel, and on the Saturday night, we are showering and staying at the JCC. If you are coming from out of town and cannot bring a sleeping bag and pillow, please email smoscovitz@uscj.org and we will provide one for you.
