USY International Convention 2014: Atlanta

Each year USY convenes the largest gathering of young Conservative Jews in North America for a week of amazing programming, inspiring speakers, social action projects, and insightful learning opportunities. The video to the right is a recap of IC 2013 in New Orleans.

Hotel
This year, IC will be taking place at the gorgeous Omni Hotel at CNN Center. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta and is connected to the CNN Center, the world headquarters for CNN, as well as the Philips Arena, home of the Atlanta Hawks, NBA, and the Atlanta Dream, WNBA. The Omni Hotel is right beside the Centennial Olympic Park, and minutes away from the Georgia Dome, home to the Atlanta Falcons, NFL, and the Georgia State Panthers, NCAA. This is the prime location for any convention in Atlanta.

Travel
The cost of travel is not included in the cost of convention and must be booked on an individual basis. Although we do not have an official group flight, we still like to travel together. Recommended flights will be sent out in the early fall. If you have any questions about travel arrangements you can contact Max in the regional office.

Price
The final price for International Convention is $1255 USD. Registration before September 15th will guarantee you the early bird discount of $50. A registration deposit of $400 will be required to secure your spot. This deposit is fully refundable until September 30th.

Scholarships
We realize that these trips can be expensive. It is our goal to ensure money is not a barrier for anyone wishing to participate in this incredible experience. Please note that although the region does have scholarship money available, it is a limited amount. We ask that you seek assistance from other sources as well as approaching the region.
